Thanks for the tip ! Will be sure to have one ready for when I put the pen into rotation. I did pick up some distilled water this week as I coincidentally saw a litre bottle for €1 and not quite sure on the mineral level of the water here so figured why not :)

Really looking forward to seeing how it writes !!

Thanks for the advice ! I did indeed end up going for a neighbouring (geographically at least) option from Platinum. Put away for later in the year but will enjoy the wait now !!

Had my first go with it today.

Must say, very impressed with the pens feel and the nib. This is just a standard platinum brown cartridge which is a lovely colour, but have some nice bottles to use once this is finished.
