My wife is going to call her's Batgirl and I will not argue with her about it. The rest of you manly-men can call it BLNR!

I am a member of this forum since 2017 , loved it , learned from it but that is it ! It is done for me .

There is a lot of shame in this forum but i don't think that this topic is one of them...
Btw , i don't care and i am not going to post any single topic anymore to this forum .

When a member few days ago says " there is a way to get a SS watch from the AD , go and take a SS together with a PM and after few days go there give back the PM and take your refund "... IT IS NOT SHAME !

When a member posted his rolex between the tits of his naked girlfriend in the topic ; " Post your Rolex and your face " .. IT IS NOT SHAME !

When a member in this post mentioned " I'm thinking of proposing a motion that anyone with less than a 1000 posts cannot start a new thread. " .. IT IS NOT SHAME ... ( You think he started his own topics after his 1000th post !!! )

And last , there are many nicknames as everybody knows Pepsi , Rootbeer , Panda , Hulk , Batman and much more ... IT IS NOT SHAME but just for fun to post a topic as this one is SHAME ...

Btw , if we look to the topic , we can see that nearly there is a %50 , %50 SHAME !

Wish you all the best !

I can't believe this question/poll is even being asked, but I suspect that many or most of those voting "yes" are owners of the outgoing oyster version. No need to get butt hurt because a new version is out. They are both great.

The original Batman (not the watch) was black, grey, and yellow if I'm not mistaken, and the current Batman (still not the watch) is mostly black and grey. How did the watch even get the nickname Batman?

edit - I guess he had a blue cape at some point?

For sure Batgirl - it doesn't look pretty on a Jubilee - it's all hype.

Why even call the BLNR "Batman" anyway? Hate that name to begin with, never saw a connection.

I can’t get on board with the nicknames, even the soft drinks are juvenile to me. I prefer to identify by the reference, as the manufacturer intended.

I agree by and large but Pepsi has been around forever. At least before “social media” In fact it was originally called Pan Am.

The nick names are justified.

If you have a feeding frenzy like now, flippers running around making quick bucks, grey's selling at 2x MRSP,PM package deals, jewellery bundling,"your AD relationship" ...

It is common, therefore the common names suit well.

Batgirl,you go girl !!!

First I'm hearing about the Batgirl nickname. I don't care as long as I can get the watch.

Well because it's a man's watch of course. That's why Rolex still has both a Men and Women's line of watches.

This forum is composed mostly of men so the thought of calling a watch something feminine doesn’t sit right with many although I think it’s fine and it should not be the Batman as that name is taken.

No it deserves the name Batman still.

Six digit Pepsi’s weren’t renamed Diet Pepsi’s. You don’t have to dilute the nickname for every small change.

I didn't vote but it is the BLNR on Jubilee, or just the BLNR.
If referring to the older version you could differentiate by saying the BLNR on Oyster.

Batgirl is the most ridiculous nickname I've ever heard suggested, in my opinion.
