Explorer ii

Such a beautiful watch.

Working in London this week. The crisp looking dial on this perfect Autumn morning, just had to be shared.

That's a great watch and looks great on your wrist.

If you don't mind...what is your wrist size? I'd really like to get that exact model for my son but his wrists are quite smaller than mine and there aren't any explorer ii watches at the AD for him to go in and try on in person. Thanks!

I’ve no idea! Sorry
But I’m not a big guy, average build, and the 42mm sits fine on my wrist. I wouldn’t get too concerned, as when adjusted at time of purchase the watch will sit perfectly. Plus, it has the easy link 5mm adjustment which I use very often.

Thanks for the answer. Helps to know the 42 works well on your average wrist. Also, I forgot to ask about the easy link, so thanks for mentioning it. That's definitely another selling point for the watch. Thanks again!

Thanks - those pics with the different watches really help me see the size difference. Great watches!

You're welcome! I've had the watch since 2012. Still love it as much today as I did whe I first got it. Novelty still sky high! Would highly recommend this to any watch enthusiast.

Great pic, I wish my wrist was slightly larger so I could wear this reference. At 6.5” the lugs kind of seem to over hang on my wrist. Great for those with 7”+ wrists though.

Can I be honest? That watch looks way too BIG for your wrist! But yes, great piece!

You can be honest, I don’t mind- it’s a public forum!! :)
In my opinion, I think it looks great on my wrist. And as hard as this may be to believe, I’m not just saying this because it’s my watch on my wrist - I genuinely think the watch suits me perfectly.

So I guess neither of our opinions can be wrong....each to their own.
