Have you also noticed what seems like wear or an incomplete satin finish on the bezel markers? In this case the 24 triangle.

I have the watch less than 24hours and it kind of bugs me that the "satin" finish is not complete at that spot and can obviously not be wear just yet. You can see there is a colour difference in the center of the triangle. Quality issue or am I just too complicated? Or another explanation?

I spot it at just looking at the watch from normal time telling distance. No macro or loupe paranoia...

Thanks for your input :)

I noticed the same thing with mine. Like all things I just learned to let it go

It's been called out before on other GMTc models.

As promised a few more pics. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time to shoot decent pictures without the Serial visible...

Desk diving marks are starting to show on the clasp and made my first dent on the case. Was cutting a few dead flower buds when I struck a steel tree stake...

Very narrow dent but quite deep. Barely noticeable though.

Having a hard time taking it off...

Cheers all

Had you purchased any large ticket items from this AD - jewelry etc. previously?
It's a Rolex Exclusive BTQ in a larger town owned by a local jeweler. Made a mandatory deposit on day 2 of Basel 2018. No previous purchase.

I went in once or twice a month to show my face and chat with the sales associate that took care of me since the deposit !

They likely had all their VIPs get a part of the pie and started to go down the list once that was done.

The number six on my new BLRO has some color/finish issues. I’m leaving it as is. On the triangle I might have an issue with it since it’s more visible.

My only advice is that if you do decide to have it fixed, send it to RSC. Don’t let the AD touch it.

Nope. As said previously. It is a Rolex Boutique and it was my first purchase.
I have no history either in their jewelry that is in another part of town.

Well actually that was my preferred choice but frankly not the same price and 0% chance of getting one. Not even taking names to join the list. This does make me think that they are honest in their behaviour at the AD I got my watch.

But since I have the BLRO I do not feel the need any longer. I am even thinking this is far nicer.

Please do not set a new trend. Things are already out of hand with the current grey prices. The last thing we need is human traffic for SS Rolex

First Rolex is a BLRO at retail from an AD. How did you manage to pull this off? Congrats.

First time buyers don’t get added to the BLRO or Daytona list.
