new rolex owner with a question

Submariner 18K Steel 16613 E. Picked it up this last Friday!

since i am new to owning a rolex can you please explain why the numbers on the bezel turn colors to a yellowish orange.

You can get a new bezel insert at your AD or the RSC.

You not need a full bezel you just need a bezel insert which is much cheaper usually around 100 dollars. Your ad or rolex go by your model number 16613 you do not need to know more than that really, it does have a part number but let them install and look it up, they probably have it in stock, they are commonly changed due to fade and scratches.

To order one from Rolex you have to have a parts account the model and serial number. Rik

i have the same watch, don't change your bezel!

if it is original bezel it has a tritium pearl in it, the new bezel will have a super luminova pearl in it.

The colors in the pearl will not match color in the dial indices (the hour markings.

).

or if you must have the updated bezel, contact me and we can swap mine was replaced in january for new style.
