Sail cloth Dial with DLC titanium case

I saw this piece strolling through the HKG airport last weekend and decided to try it on for its unique look. The dial has a great texture as it takes the sail cloth from an America’s Cup boat the “Luna Rossa”. To be clear the cloth dial is adhered onto a metal backing to form the dial. Quite the modern take and reminded me of the Explorer from Rolex with the broad red/orange GMT arrow. I don’t recall the white rubber strap is the alternative strap or just the strap the boutique thought looked better. The DLC pencil lead case with titanium base looked great as well. I wasn’t really in the market and not quite sure if I like this “look” on a panerai; but nevertheless thought I would share this piece for those who haven’t seen one in the metal.

Interesting for sure, thanks for sharing. Didn’t even know this existed.
