Case 16570 vs 16710

Does anyone know if the cases for the Explorer II 16570 and the GMT Master II 16710 are exactly the same? I just bought an Explorer II and the lugs seem to go downward with a more prononced angle than on my GMT. I suspect it’s due to a bit of overpolishing during its service at RSC but it could also be a different case design.

Anyway, if anyone knows, I’d like to get your thoughts on the matter.

16570 and 16710 cases are the same but have different part numbers due to the reference number engravings.
