Was recently offered a faded blue bezel insert for the soon-to-be-mine 9411/0, at the price of $3,500. Is this the going rate for these inserts??

I can imagine paying $1-1.5k, but at $3,500, I'm kind of blown away. State of the market or absurd expectations from the seller (this was via Instagram, not TRF or the forums)?
