With the new combination of the sunburst dial & Ceramic blue Bezel, I think it marks an end to my edition of the TT Blue Sub. And here is the first shot after it joins the ranks of its other discontinued brothers.

i went for the 116613LN.
I doubted to buy the blue one, but i think i would get bored very soon.
The new sunburst version is very nice to see. I think the old dial makes the watch a looks cheap and the sunburst gives the watch just that little bit extra class it deserves.

Here is another pic to keep the thread going. Great input by everyone so far Imho, Rolex has managed to satisfy the majority of it's clients by introducing the new sunburst dial, now we have the Royal blue "Bluesy" , "Smurf" blue Ceramic and the latest Sunburst blue. Not forgetting the Classic Black.

We cannot go wrong with any of them.

Here is a recent shot,

Actually this is a photo of the sub with the older dial instead of the sunburst one. I think the IG filter made it look more intense.

Dang, that's a beaut! The lume is lovely too, wishing my watch had better lume. I don't really care for gold watches but this is the one that I would get if I could afford it. The blue pairs nicely with the gold. Congrats!

These are photos taken using samsung galaxy note and no editing done therefore the quality of these photos are no where near the TRF standard so please bear with me .

I personally find that the Tone of blue on this sub is closer to the pre ceramic sub. It has a deeper Blue, consistent yet changes easily under different angles.

Super Case which is still a little square but my focus is always on the blue gold combination therefore eliminates the squarish issue for myself

The caseback is almost flushed therefore the watch sits nicely on the wrist and solid gold links give the watch its substantial weight.

The well machined bezel fuses with the ceramic insert and they sit in harmony with the crystal displaying the magnificent dial with exquiste gold imprints.

The ceramic insert's Blue/Gold combi rocks my boat...

The Rich Blue showing, from this angle its like a totally different watch altogether

Another shot showing its charm
Hi Ray, that's a really nice bluesy!
