Spanky, that's a gorgeous example. Peter, two classics in one picture. I remember lusting for a 280 SE coupe around '72 but had to settle for a 220 sedan. I was trying to be practical as I had just sold my 356B Cabriolet. Wish I had kept the Porsche and splurged for the SE.

I'm also a fan of the Datejust. Nothing against the sport watches but the only watch better than the Datejust is the Day Dates.

I like that particular blue dial a lot it looks really good

Honestly i am a fan of the datejsut too but the only thing that discourages from owning one except from the price is the diameter of the case which i think that is small for my liking

I feel the same way Velitsko but the newer models actually wear bigger than the older ones do.

Still don't know if I could pull one off though
