As you can see from my collection, three of my watches do not have a date and on the other two they’re very unobtrusive. If those two models were made without a date, that would have been my preference.
I simply prefer a clean uncluttered dial that’s easy to read and visually appealing.

Looks fantastic! Love the baton indices, very sharp.

As a fellow owner of the 214270 (black dial), I must admit I think the white dial looks wonderful here.

No issue for me cos I’m having trouble actually seeing the date. Into mid forties now.
