My TOG from about 2002 is sharp but not enough to be a problem.

I don't think it is a problem either. I was just curious as to why they are made that way.

I just purchased mine two months ago. I've not noticed any sharp feeling edges that l can feel. I do wear my watches slightly loose.

Wow sorry to hear that. My DJ41 is probably the most comfortable watch I’ve ever worn. I literally forget it’s there sometimes. Which bracelet do you have, and how tight do you wear it?

The bottom of my GMT lugs are very sharp. Luckily I don’t feel it when I’m wearing it. My DJ lugs seem to be a bit smoother.

2 things 1- I don't feel them either when I wear the watch. I agree it is a fantastic watch and I couldn't be happier. Only when I run my fingers along the watch purposely do I feel the sharpness.
2-it isn't in the bracelet. It is the 4 corners of the actual watch itself.

Gotcha. I think a lot of the responders to this thread missed your points...see what I did there?

In all seriousness, it's just a design element common to most modern Rolex.

Enjoy that beauty!

by the way. maybe yall can help me on this as well. is there any reason to let the watch wind down and completely deplete the power reserve every once in a while? as of now i wear it everyday so it hasn't stopped since i bought it a month ago...

thanks!
