Accuracy of Alpinist
Having had my Alpinist for one week I was curious to check the accuracy of the movement. I was surprised when I saw the the results, + 1.14xxx. The total gain was approximately + 8 total seconds for 7 days. Only my Spring Drive does better. Outstanding performance from a mechanical watch.

Mine (6r15D) is more like +8-9 seconds per day, unfortunately...

Mine has been in that range, but with some crude but diligent regulation skills I’ve gotten it pretty close to COSC specs.
