New Chrono 44 GMT needs service

All of a sudden, doesn't hold power reserve any longer than 12 hours or so.
Even if I place it in a winder, still loses reserve.

Two months old. As soon as I receive my Navitimer 01 that is there for its two year service, out goes this one.

Update:

So I make a service request order online and request a shipping package be sent to me.
In the interim, I wear it for a few days, winding it daily and then on to the winder. Has held date and time for 6 days or so now.
Getting ready to test power reserve while not on a winder for the next three days to see how it holds up.

I guess the fear of going off to mother land scared my Chrono and it decided to work fine again.

They sure do.
My Navitimer was received and returned in my hands yesterday in exactly two weeks for its two year service.

Well, gave it ample time and ended up having to send it in today.
Loses power reserve, even while on a winder. In fact, switched it to different winders. All other watches retain it fine. Doesn't matter which timer I put it on, loses it.

It's a bit of a bummer to have to part with your Breitling for a little while, but, at the end of the day, you'll have peace of mind once it has been serviced.

Good luck!

Man I hope not.
They just got it today.
I had my Navitimer serviced for the 2 year maintenance last month and had it back in my hands in 14 days from the time they received it but I guess if this for some reason needs to be overhauled, yeah, two months sounds about right.

I forget what mine needed, it was a couple years ago. Bezel was loose, I think there was a service and a part was on backorder from Switzerland. Yay me. You'll be stoked when you get it back tho. It's a awesome watch!
