The Patek blue dial is perfect in so many ways.

I like the white dial on most of the PP watches. You do not see them much and when you do I think they stand out in a positive way.

Stick with the original gray. There are too many blue releases recently

Grey. IMO a 5990 is a watch that probably a big chunk of owners have a 5711 or 5712 with a blue dial already. I specifically didn't want that on my 5990. So in a vacuum blue might be the popular choice but im convinced in a real world setting taking existing collections into account the grey is the one.

If I wouldn’t own it would be easier to picture in my head with other colors, but now I can’t. It has to be gray/black

Yes, if you said the 5164 should come in blue I would say no way, grey/black dial is tops.

The 5164 looks great in grey. The 5650 shows that a blue dial aquanaut travel time is also beautiful.

Not the answer any one was looking for, but the chrono pushers ruin the symmetry of Genta’s design IMHO. I just can’t not see them.

I am sure the blue will not have any problem to sell (it will make a decent challenge to 5712 sales). I hear there will be a variant coming up soon to 5990 line, but no one knows if its PM or steel..

I would definitely buy the 5990 if it is released in blue.

Nice rendering and possible enabling!

I’m in favor of the blue, but it depends on your current collection colors.
