1960’s Hi-Beat Seiko 6159-7001. Makes total chumps of the Swiss.

From what I read before I bought it, it sounds like an almost full rebuild of all the major components. Although, I believe this now happens directly at source as opposed to in Schaffhausen. Must get back to giving it some more wrist time, but loving the AP so much it’s hard to not wear it !

Probably my Longines Flagship Heritage. Set it on March 10th and it is a total of plus 9 seconds as of this morning. I keep it on a winder when not worn.

It used to be my vintage Rolexes, they are all between +15-30s/month. I had them regulated to be that accurate.
However, in early May I bought a new Submariner and it is so far -4s in 10 weeks... And I do not have to remember to put it in a special position at night to keep it accurate. |

I have a beautiful n blingy 2014 SD4K that runs easily +3 sec/day, while my T serial sea dweller I bought from I can't remember where, was service in Saudi Arabia in 2013 runs +1 sec/day and is my most accurate mechanical. For not having the parachron blue main spring and godknowswhatother upgrades, that near-vintage 3135 is awesome.
I owned two different Seiko spring drives, and I consider them fabulous but un-serviceable in the US. Much as I loved them, I sold them. |

Didn't realize there were so many watches out there that would handily win the International Chronometry Competition!

Figured out the movement on mine is Longines branded and it is a Valjoux 7751. A reliable workhorse with proven pedigree over many decades. It is apparently not certified but is excellent at time keeping. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Rolex GMT Master IIC. Have had it for 10 years, never serviced, and at +1.3 seconds per day. Astounding.

I switch too often to know. Mine are all about the same over a 2-3 day period.
