Looks like a lot of members collect variations on the same watch. Way too many black dials in some of these collections for my taste. Of course, out of my own rotation of 10 watches, 40% are black dials and 1 is a dark blue dial.

Thought I’d put in a dark-lume shot, too. The 1967 5513 has nice green glow dial and hands which fade really quickly, as they should.

Love this collection, very focused but everything has it's place. Congrats

Thank you! The collection shifts from time to time, but has always been sports watch focused.

I ordered that strap for the 5513 from Gunny Straps. It actually has a really cool Rolex buckle.

My current collection.

Short term goal is to add a dressy rose gold piece (ALS, JLC, VC or PP). But something with steel and blue dial, a complication and perhaps to retire the thin VC for an Octo finissimo is also in the plans.

Only rolexes I'm lusting after for the moment is DaytonaC white and a steel BLRO, new or old.

Thank you That was a little while ago. Much different rotation now, and SD43 was replaced with 16600. Absolutely love the 43, but size was just a bit too big.

My Rolex collection. The Explorer 114270 is missing. My wife borrowed it some years ago and never gave it back.

4 for now with an incoming on strap as soon as available (eta november) to make 5.
i find this current collection most satisfying and believe it hits so many points as far as diversity and covering my routine use.
each get their share of regular wear without overlapping function.

of course a pepsi may tempt me along the way but the only others that capture my interest are multiples of my entire collection ie out of the question, for example the FPJ grand sonnerie with my name engraved in the back... preowned for a significant discount with your name engraved in the back

This is my updated collection after my recent Skydweller acquisition. I have 3 more Rolex watches in mind to fill up this box.
