I've been to Vegas 5 times over the past 8 years. I always visit the ADs in the strip area, but was never offered a new Rolex. Instead, they pushed some nice pre-owned pieces at excessive prices, and made a big deal about allowing me the privilege of joining their waiting lists. I also recall that on the 2 previous visits, there were numerous empty slots in their presentation watch display cases.
Good luck OP - roll the dice while you're there, and maybe you'll get lucky. |

I am sure all the hotels and casinos have relationships with the LV ADs to take care of their high rollers, and the greys likely have long-term relationships with them too.
Both of these distribution channels are likely more profitable to the LV ADs than doing business with tourists. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...

I do wish that Rolex/ADs somehow could emphasize more inventory available at popular tourist spots
I get that locals have to be served as well (I'm from Hawaii), but it can really make a special trip even more memorable being able to grab that timepiece while on vacation at a beautiful locale... |

Thought I’d jump in here as I saw the vegas topic: Last year I visited the Wynn AD, no stock for sale but plenty to try on. I had a feeling from conversation that a Wynn rewards member / staying in the hotel would be a benefit. On another note there used to be an AD in the Mirage, back in 2014 I didn’t buy a Hulk I was offered because it was around £1,000 more than at home in the UK with taxes and currency conversion - though in hindsight having an LV from LV would be cool

Vegas authorized dealer experiences?

I've got most of my watches as a local walk in there. Stop in and talk. Be realistic. Set a date you'll come back to visit in a couple months. Works great.

Pretty good experiences for me in southern Nevada. I’ve been able to purchase five of my watches there. Three were in a period of six months in ‘19. They were either in stock or obtained after a short wait. It’s a fun place to visit and had some success adding to my collection.

There was nothing out anywhere tonight at Palazzo. Going to pass by Cartier tomorrow I might pick up a memento piece.
