If you walked into your local AD and they just received a Batman and a Pepsi GMT (both on jubilee) and they said neither are spoken for but you can only pick one. Which would you chose?

I fully realize this isn’t likely to happen, but I’m trying to determine which one people would pick and why.

I’ve always thought of the Pepsi as the be all end all of watches....then I saw the Batman. I get the hype now.

That shade of blue is stunning in person. Now I really have to think on this one.

I also really like the jubilee bracelet.

Tough choice, but for the modern pieces I think I prefer the BLNR. To me it fits the new style of the 6 digits a little better and is the defining GMT of the ceramic era.

The BLNR and BLRO are both striking watches. If someone was handing me one for free, I would be very happy to wear either one for decades to come. But if I had to choose, I would go BLNR. Both are fantastic watches, but there can only be one!

I have to agree with you on this one. There are many watches I dismissed as not appealing to me, colours I did not like, until I actually saw them in person.

That is a hard one but I would likely add both. The BLNR would go with most dress colors compared to the Pepsi. I have both but my BLNR is the oyster version. It would really be hard to choose just one.

It never fails...no matter which Rolex I’m on the hunt for there always ends up being two that I can’t decide between.

I just did the Explorer/Air-King debate. Picked the AK, absolutely love it, but somewhat regret not going with the Explorer.

The blue and black was disappointing when first released because people wanted a ceramic Pepsi or Coke. Over time it accumulated hype as rarity of steel models set in. I still don’t think blue and black is what people really wanted, although it does look better in person than photos would suggest.

Well there you are, you prefer it.

I own both (11 BLNR) and they make a great pair but if one had to go there would be no hesitation at all,

BLRO Mk I is (cover your ears Kermit) the greatest of all time!
