Yellow gold!!! Ditch the blusey to help fund it. The TT is pointless with the TG blue dial. Done....

You haven't seen nothing until you have seen any watch in the metal .
pops better than the BLNR but definitely not as much as the WG BLRO of either dial.

Everyone that says that does not understand how the warm hue of white gold works. And with more than half a pound of weight, it truly feels like something special on your wrist. I love mine and after owning it, I would not move to the YG version.

Go Yellow. White gold watches make no sense at all. They cost more with less gold, make that make sense

I wonder if that was me... I frequently commute from and to Maui and I've been wearing mine a lot, as it's stealth enough (unlike my rose gold and yellow gold) watches.

YG for the pop, WG for the stealth. I already have stealth, so I'd want pop.

I have all three of the golds(need a platinum piece). The YG sub rocks!
Congrats on your WG choice.

I would suggest you go with the WG because you'll feel more comfortable wearing it regularly. I had owned the YG not Sub not too long ago and ended up letting it go because it drew too much attention.

you're going to love it....low key vibes of a SS Sub, heft and luxury feel of a solid gold watch... and those "in the know" will see it and know... those who don't, well .. who cares??

I just found out this watch is technically the heaviest of all the Rolex gold watches at 242 grams.. 1 gram more than the YG version... not sure what the Rolex gray gold content is but clearly it's heavier than the alloy of the YG by 1/240th .. I guess even though copper (YG Allow main metal) is .005% heavier than Nickel (main WG alloy), the Rolex special formula of "Gray Gold" which doesn't need to be rhodium plated actually contains traces of Rhodium and Platinum... and the bezel lettering is Platinum vs Yellow gold, which could also account for that tiny bit of weight.

It is a wonderful watch. Husband had the smurf and recently got the new version. Amazing watch.

Good choice on the WG. No bad choices here anyway.

For me it’s YG on the weekend and WG or SS during the week. Congratulations!

I think Rolex’s gray gold includes Palladium & Platinum in its mix.

White Gold. I'd go YG 40mm DD.

Yeah, I liked my YG... but I sold it and paid a few bucks more to get the WG... now I wear it everyday sometimes and never even give it a second thought.
