A296 Movement Beats Per Hour

Does anybody know the Beats Per hour rate of the A296 movement. A google search has brought up no results, just a lot of plagerism of James Dowling's book and the history of the Explorer.

Thanks, that was what I was looking for. Is that a common rate used in other older watches or exclusive to Rolex?

18000 is not an uncommon rate that many brands have used.
