Hi has anyone from the UK had any experiences of ordering watches outside of the EU into the UK? I noticed that everything brought into the UK has to have a 20 percent VAT to be added to the value of the piece you are getting shipped in how does the customs in UK know how much your package is if the dealer doesn't declare the value on the packaging?
also hypothetical situation, is there any lee way of avoiding the VAT?
