Chronoagent.it - watchout

Unfortunaly I decided to order and prepay an IWC Watch from www.chronoagent.it. Below is a summary of my experience;

(I have of course everything documented on emails...);

October 25, I’ve asked for a price for an IWC Watch (Charles Darwin) – the price I got back was Euro 6900 + 50 Euro in shipment.

I was promised 3-4 days delivery after receipt of payment…..

October 27 I transferred Euro 6950 to the Chronoagent account

October 31 Chronoagent confirmed money has arrived

Then a lot of funny excuses/explanations started…..

First explanation; No shipment because of holiday (oct 31)
I asked for new delivery date and was promised shipment nov. 5

Then no shipment because of bad weather (nov 6)

Then I did ask for a TNT tracking number, but got a fake number, I asked many times and still got a fake TNT number….I even called TNT to check if they have the shipment booked in their system, but of course they did not..

Nov. 6 – nov. 17…..1,5 week…….– I send several e-mails every day and asked to confirm shipment….still only a lot of excuses about problems with TNT – I also called Chronoagent up on phone and was promised shipments a lot of times…..

Nov. 17 Chronoagent wrote “sorry problems with TNT never happened before…. I will ship with DHL".....but still nothing happened….

Nov. 20 still no shipment, then Chronoagent wrote “I think the best way if send you back the money and stop, iwc bronze is limited pieces from IWC I have a lot of costumer want this , but I can't see all this email , I write you last day if you have any doubt is the best way.”

Nov. 20 I send bank information about how to send the money back

Nov. 20 Chronoagent confirmed he will send me money back

Nov. 21 Chronoagent wrote “the bank transfer i send yesterday at my bank is normal doing today morning, your file is close……

Nov. 21 - Dec. 8 More excuses/explanations from Chronoagent about bank holidays etc – I’ve asked several times for a copy of the bank transfer….I got a copy with wrong adress and wrong IBAN number....

Dec. 10 Chronoagent wrote “I find watts happend , is error in address and Iban , money is in international office of my bank unicredit, send back today in my account and send to you at correct information….

Dec. 11 still no money on my account.., again I asked for a copy of the bank transfer….but did not get anything

Dec. 12 Chronoagent wrote “today is strike….”….. “Monday is ready to send , If I send today from home banking don't start before Monday”

Dec. 18 with a new copy of the bank transfer, hopefully this time its correct..

Today Dec 22.….still no money on my account

During above case I have been asked by Chronoagent to "take my medicine"....and acused for having "social problems"....only because I asked for explanations for why the Watch did not arrived as promised.....

I have been in touch with mr. Khalid (SaudiPaneristi) from this forum who had similar experience, and he recommended me to post above experience.

I have heard others on here complain about them too.
Try find it by searching.

same happened to a friend in France.... still no watch and not refunded since february...
So, stay away from chronoagent.it !!

Full story was on the main french forum but cancelled after threats from chronoagent.it, but his threats didn't manage his other topic on another french forum to be cancelled, the link : http://bit.ly/1Y4yxtz

please relay it and say no to chronoagent actions...
