Question. do you have a dial you would like to install or are you wanting to purchase a new dial as well? I do not think the RSC in BH accepts walk ins any more. The only RSC listed for LA seems to be Geary's on Rodeo, which does have a watchmaker on staff, Mario, or the one in Santa Monica. If your watch has been serviced recently, you might be good to go. If not, they will most likely insist that you service the watch and they will replace the dial at that time. This seems to be a new policy. You could also go with an independent CW21 certified watchmaker for the switch but parts are an issue. Good luck.

Any competent watch repair store can do this easily. My local store charged me $40 to swap a dial on a datejust.

Beverly Hills RSC will close its doors permanently at the end of 1Q24.

If you’ve already got the dial I would give Wanna Buy A Watch on Melrose a call. Pretty sure they have a watchmaker on site being a vintage dealer, if not they will tell you who they use.

I am buying a factory Rolex diamond dial and replacing champagne diamond dial with the same dial but in black. Since the replacement black diamond dial was available for my watch will Rolex Dallas install a dial that I supply to them ?

I am asking because if I send in my watch to Rolex and request this dial they will say it’s not available , I know it is I already asked them , that is why I have to spruce the dial myself.

I've had work done by both LAWW, and by Shant at Four Crowns, they both do a great job.
I would call Shant at Four Crowns.

Now that I think about it, Shant did a dial swap on my wife’s TT DJ 7or 8 years ago. Solid quality, fast and fair price. Likes to talk watches.

Call the Dallas RSC and discuss the details of what they can do for you. My experience with them has been superb.

lol. Are you implying I was denying RSC BH was closing? I simply pointed out the website you cited didn’t say that.

Also, you should look up the “for me, it was Tuesday” meme.
