Looks ok, hands and dial dont match and crystal is not original
The only way to tell a real tiffany from fake is with original papers, its so hard to tell otherwise

Case is aftermarket (fake). Movement looks good, but case is definately a fake. CGs wrong, long Es, laser etched lug engraving. Definately fake.

To be kind to a "top rated seller" I sent this:
>>I don't know if you are aware, but the case on this watch is not a genuine Rolex item. The case if from a fake Rolex. The crown guards are an easy tell of this fact as is the laser etched "engraving: between the lugs. Rolex stamps or engraves theirs, and these are laser etched. Also, the "E"s have a long center leg which is not used by Rolex. The caseback could be genuine, but the case is definately not.<< We'll see what he does now.

Just got this reply from him:
"..,and Rolex service center is a bunch of idiots? They serviced this watch at least once before and they gave me the estimate now but I wouldn't let them change the Tiffany dial so I refused service" So, either it didn't go to RSC, they (RSC) are nuts, or he is a liar. Only three options I can see.
