Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical anyone?

Just landed a Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical. The spec is a good easy-to-wear watch: 38mm case, 9.5mm thick, 20mm lug size, hand wind with hacking, no date. Sounds like a fun keeping-it-simple watch to wear for not a lot of money.

I do enjoy how simple it is, no date complication to set and I really like the low profile case and having a hand wind movement.

Anybody else picked up one?

Looks great! I’ve thought about getting that same one. Hard to beat for the price.

Congratulations. This is a great field watch. I've thought about picking one up myself.

This IS the brown version. The office lighting and protective plastic made it look dark.

Here's a wrist show with the wrong NATO strap, but you get the idea. :)

I've had one for years, I kinda like the new dials more so I'll need to contact some Swatch group friends to hook me up.

I absolutely love mine and wear as a daily and save Rolex and Patek for the weekends. Perfect size and the look of it is killer

Quick update:

Different straps on this Hamilton is a lot fun. I would say its approaching Panerai level of strap changing fun. And thank you to Hamilton for putting drilled lugs on the watch. I probably would change the spring bars to 20mm shoulderless spring bars later on. :)

The watch has been running about + 4 or +5 sec a day, the crown is big and easy for hand winding. The only "real" complain is that I wished Hamilton had put a AR coating on the underside of the crystal (or even give me a plexi glass instead) and the lugs would curve down just a bit more so the case would hug a little for smaller wrist size.

Otherwise, kudos to Hamilton for making a simple hand winding field watch with no date complication. Love this watch and I would recommend it. :)

I wore it on a black BUND strap for a while and really like this combo. The watch case is low profile and works with BUND strap quite well for my wrist size.

2 more straps incoming

Will give the brown BUND a try later but it looks like a good match to the dial

Wearing this sand-color(?) on blue stitch
