It's beautiful. It's classic. It's timeless. Huge congrats! It also has night weight to it; I tried one on a few months ago at one of my ADs and feels really good on the wrist.

I've gone back and forth between a YG DD or a RG DD but if I end up choosing the YG that is the exact dial I favored the most. Very Classy.

Congratulations.

Congratulations! Like how you described it and agree - the silver dial on the DD definitely has many facets to it. I enjoy looking at the dial in certain light conditions and it’s sunburst or showing white or even champagne with the gold reflecting on the dial.

I preferred sticks for my DD....enjoy :-)

Wow. Beauty! I’ve tried this one on a few times and love it. For me, it’s between this one, or a WG blue or olive dial. How did you decide to go with the YG silver dial? What pushed you over the hump?

Just the allure of gold. The WG would have been the "safe" play. I do love them all especially the olive dial. It all depends on what you are comfortable wearing and whether it will be a daily or an evening/special occasion piece.

Love it!

My favorite of the YG DD's. Totally agree with all of your thoughts on the dial color and romans. IMO, the fluted bezel and deconstructed romans is one of the most striking combinations in the world of watches today.

Congrats,

Congratulations; I tried this on at the AD and when the back of the dial hit my wrist, I remember my resting heart rate going from 67 to 146 BMP, my vision narrowed and blurred in seconds and all else became a dark tunnel with the light being the DJ 40MM on my wrist. Speechless, with a continued increase in BPM causing near rapid cerebral hypoxia, I managed to use my free hand to reach my wrist to remove the watch as to not cause permanent anoxia to my brain.
