Sounds interesting! The more AP can involve their customers in the brand and make them feel special and part of the brand, the more their business should grow.

I agree with this. AP customer service is very hit or miss if you deal directly with them but i always thought the US market was already better than most as far as customer experience. Personally I have been very, very underwhelmed which I have talked about on a bit here, but i know others have had the opposite experience. They need to be more consistent for sure.

Personally I am specifically avoiding dealing with AP directly for any future needs and using my AD instead. Servicing via an AD so they can deal with AP on my behalf, paying more for straps, etc from an AD is worth it to me as at least my AD is more consistent.

And today I am being told that as an AP26320 owner in rural Canada 2000 miles from an AP AD that I have to fedex them my watch and pay for shipping both ways and service just for a sizing of my bracelet because they will not sell me a screwdriver or order me one and none of my Bergeron fit because they use a special size driver. I will believe it when I see it AP. Not impressed.

Yukon Territory?

If so that would be confirmation that at least one person lives there

You should be able to use any of the Bergeon screwdrivers. Either a 1.40 or 1.20 should work.
