Refinish Rolex 6204 (Submariner) Dial

Looking for advice on getting the dial on my Rolex 6204 re-finished. The dial was redone (poorly) many years ago. I'm looking to have it re-finished properly now with the values on this watch are significant. I live in Colorado, USA and would like to have the service provided in the United States. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I've never used him but I hear Michael Young at classic watch repair in HK does a good job. Fair warning--I don't think you'll add much value to your watch even with a beautifully refinished dial. As you may be aware, a significant portion of the value of that watch is in the condition/originality of the dial.

Leave as is. It's now part of the history and a double refinished dial won't do much IMHO.

The value of the watch was already diminished after the first redone, doing it again will not change this

I had the same issue with a 1965 Gilt Sub 5513. Rik Dietel at http://www.timecareinc.com/credentials.html did and amazing job for me. He sends the dials to London. It's $2,000 to redo the dial but it's really amazing.
