Hello all. just join recently looking purchasing my first Rolex. I went to the FS site, found one getting ready to pull the trigger. I tried to do my due diligence not to get burn, you know, cross Ts dot Is. but really scary here wild Wild West of internet/online purchasing sending bank wire transfer. anyhow seller provided 2 references seems legit until I came across the names of the members involved and I become I bit suspicious when one member seems legit. but after digging cross referencing who they transact with two of them were "banned". at this point I'm very suspicious.
I was hoping has anyone have any transaction with this member "Duncand111" any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Do not wire money to ANYONE but a well known and well respected reputable brick and mortar store. Ever.
The are so many horror stories that have been posted about wire transfers being total ripoffs.

yup. i just confirmed with my bank, acct # is "invalid" luckily gave me same bank co. It's really disheartening. 214270explorer your absolutely right. otherwise i probably would have loss 10K+ on the scam. I have to give TRF members credit for some of the stories i read here. It's a wild wild west out there. Do your DUE DiLIGENCE! don't get scam. thanks for the welcome.
