Red Sub - the top hat is gone...
Actually, I am in the market for a 5513. What draws me to that watch is it's balanced simplicity and the domed crystal. However, until I find what I like I just had the crystal on my red Sub replaced with the domed T-19. That combo without the cyclops comes pretty close and I really like it! What do you think?
ps show some pics

Looks just fine, but I like the original profile and 'clops' on a Sub Date

Very nice.. I own a MF 5513, so I actually prefer the dome profile over the cyclops ... looks like a DRSD at first glance

That looks great, Michael. I'm a huge fan of the domed look on just about any watch but I have to say that the one exception to that is the top hat on the 1680.
It's nice to have the T19 as the relatively affordable dome alternative for the 1680. I looked into getting a legit T38 for my 1675 as it's getting serviced and was told the price would be $1k. |
