Another new rolex!! pics and long!! sorry
Not for me though
My sister is getting married next month and she wanted to by her soon to be new husband a nice watch for around £3000-£4000. So who better to help her than her WIS of a brother. So off we go to the three Ad's in Glasgow, where i tried on most rolexes in sight so she could get an idea of what they would look like on a man- what a chore it was Tried on the LV, bluesy, black sub TT, explorer II black and white and the new size dates etc. Anyway after a while this one in my opinion was the nicest. (except Bluesy) She told me he liked the look of my GMT IIC and that he didn't want any gold. We could have waited for the SS sub but we both preferred this. The salesman was exemplary and extremely knowledgeable too! Well she gave it to him- it fitted straight out the box (just like JJ)- a sure sign! So later that night my sister phone to thank me for all the help ( it seems i know more than a few of the salemen). So my sisters Husband to me comes on the phone to say he absolutely loves it and thanks for my help but he had been looking through the rolex catalogue we got for him in case he wanted to change it and that there is only one other one he would change it for.... would he be able to get the "One in the first pages with the green crystal"!! I did laugh and said of course but for £7000 or you can wait 5 years. Anyway that got that out of his mind and he loves it! I had to quickly get pictures of it so they are not great
