Getting ready to pull the trigger on an everest strap for my Black Bay 41.

I notice they list retail locations on their site. Is there any advantage to ordering from a B&M retailer vs ordering direct from their site? Prices the same either way?

Price on site is $225. Are they sold cheaper than that anywhere? Do they run coupons or sales ever?

And lastly, I don't need to order any additional hardware, right? Comes with buckle and everything I would need to put on watch?
