Strap gap question

Any way to get a 24mm strap on to a 47mm Luminor with 26mm lug width, eliminating small 1mm gap/shift on each side, with super clean look?

Proven solutions, ideas, etc.?

I thought of this myself before, but with a 22mm band into 24mm lug width.
Couldn't come up with a simple solution. Only thing i came up with was possibly fabricated non metallic washer system that added some cool color contrast to either the band or watch. I think it would have to compliment the watch or strap in some way, because having a shorter band width on a watch might look unbalanced. I gave up on the idea.

Just an idea i came up with in hopes to be able to interchange some of my straps with my Pam.
