You can't deny that the 372 is a beautiful watch, and the Panerai community seems to be a lot closer than any other watch maker that I've come across.

I enjoy my time rather than watch it.

Good taste is not guaranteed with a high FICO rating.

until I actually tried on a panerai I had no interest in the brand - I had omegas, sinn, Tag, micro brand dive watches etc. Then I caught the bug - I have either sold or stored away all my other watches - I wear an omega p.o as a beater and my pams all the rest of the time.

I like the size, simple uncluttered dials (I prefer the base style models), the straps.

They are rare to see in my part of the world, so to me they have a feel of understated elegance - lots of style but none of the flash of a rolex or omega - and that suits me just fine.
