Is this the start of something big?

After about twenty years of wearing a Titanium Boccia I allowed myself a little indulgence and purchased this 338.The band I just put on is a 25/20 OEM Longines Alligator that I actually prefer to the Panerai.I really want a Cognac Ostrich sometime down the road.I'll need to brush up on my photo skills to do this baby justice! I've got and old gold cushion face Bulova from the 50's that has been my "Dress " watch to date.I now plan to pass that on to a friend who has admired it for many years.I hope this provides as much pleasure for me into my future years.

Excellent choice. Most Panerai fans are obsessed with obtaining the most vintage like piece in 47mm. These new Radiomirs are a perfect size and have enough "DNA" to make them relevant.

Enjoy it in good health

Thanks Guys...Yes it's probably a "once in a lifetime " deal for me.Funnily enough the strap I put on is a bit too big for me and I don't really want to punch another hole in it,so I'll end up selling it no doubt.I got it in a hasty decision without considering the length - just excited to find a great strap with the right lug and buckle dimensions !
Yes the 337 is SS ,but the hands are not Gold. It's a good job really, because that would have made my decision so much more difficult.
