I think that with its rotating bezel, red second hand and date, the Turn O Graph is not as dressy as the regular Datejust and it is too small to be a sport watch. Therefore it just did not appeal to many people. If it were a 41mm watch, I think it would have sold much better. As far as I can tell it never has been a very good seller since it introduction in 1950. But I do love my new 116264 with black dial that I bought last week.

Love them but 36mm is just a tad too small for me. Still see a few NOS at local ADs and they're beautiful! I truly hope a DJII TOG is eventually released.

Rose gold TOG is amazing. Pops more than the SS but has a subtlety lacking on the YG.

If they'd made it with the blue dial I'd sell pretty much all my (small) collection to buy one.

yes the TOGs are awesome. There is no clicking when rotating the bezel it is smooth. it just rotates on the 4 bearings/springs. bidirectional.

also I recently replaced my bezel via RSC it was $1800 parts and labor. i just wish rolex would put a better black paint which doesn;t rub off so easily.

can you imagine how to get those springs on the balls for the bezel. that would be one tricky precision construction.

The TOGs have such a great history. Hopping that a new edition will come out. but I do hope they keep the red date wheel.

IMHO, this is one of the most attractive watches Rolex ever made. I WISH they would bring it back, and for me, a 41MM would be perfect. The color of the red second hand and the gray face, it’s just stunning. And something I truly miss in my DJ 41 from say a GMT or a Sub, is the movable bezel. It is such a handy tool for reminders and timing. PLEASE Rolex, surprise me and make this watch!
