Oysterlock bracelet adjustment

New Explorer (2016 version) from AD. I have a 8 inch wrist. Currently the Oysterlock bracelet is set as: micoadjustment in the middle of the 3 detents; Easylink open.

The bracelet is a bit snug, cannot get a finger under the bracelet when worn.
With the Easylink closed it is very tight, unacceptable.

What can I ask the AD to do to get a more comfortable fit?
Are full links available? If available should I order two? (I don't think half-links are available, but I'm new here.)

Should the fitting start with the Easylink closed, and the microadjustment set for the first detent (tightest position)?

Drop dead gorgeous watch. Just what I wanted.

Mods - please close this thread. I did a search of TRF and found the information I needed.
