Should I buy a '74 Omega Speedmaster (Moon Watch)
I'm looking for some advice. For those of you who know anything about this watch I would love to hear your thoughts. The seller is willing to sell it to me with the full metal band and in pretty good vintage shape for $2800. Should I buy or pass for something else?

Good price if all original and in good condition. Question is if YOU love the watch?

The asking price is $4500, however my buddy is selling the watch for a dealer, who will let it go to me for $2800. Upon further inspection, the case back says 1974, however the internal serial number places it as a 1969. I guess that was common back then to have different years (case back and internals) due to parts being made and sitting on shelves before final assembly.
