Omega Chronometer hang tag

I want to complete a set for my 2231.80 Seamaster 300m chrono that I bought new from AD back in 2000 but didn't the come with the red chrono hang tag nor serial # tag.
To my surprise it seems these hang tags are quite rare ! I found two for sale on chrono24 commanding prices around $90.
Any idea why these Omega tags are so rare and expensive ? E.g Rolex tags are 7x cheaper and readily available.
I even found a site that sells Omega tag replicas
