New rootbeer

Tried this beauty on for the first time at my local ad tonight. Picked up the new issue of rolex magazine as well.

Just went into display case and was unspoken for at that time.

Unfortunately, I did not. Just bought a Sunday driver not long ago.

Wow, there is a long waiting list for the CHNR at a lot of places. It’s my grail watch. I call it “sexy chocolate” and it’s Rolex perfection IMO.

Beautiful pic. I've heard there are waiting lists, which is why I thought it was odd seeing one in case. They won't ship, but maybe it will find a good home soon.

It's an awesome watch. Mine gets a boat load of wrist time at the minute.

My AD has a slightly used one for $16k. I saw it last week -- very nice! PM me if you want me to set it up.

Edit: whoa, I just looked it up. Does this retail for $14k?

Appears msrp is 14050 usd. I would have to pay taxes, but still quite a bit lower than grey.

Like most hot watches, msrp is meaningless. Going grey market for new is around $17k-$17.5.

Prices can go to crazy depending where you look.

Beautiful watch, but there’s no reason to pay over MSRP for this reference.
