Lol, we ate early. Golf course was too slow so we packed in after 6 holes. Pasta and college football the rest of the day

Started with a carpaccio then linguine pescatore and finished off the evening with sharing a cheese plate and port wine. We all 4 had a good time.

The one thing I forgot to ask at Al Porto was if they had 'Anisette' liquor (not Sambuca).. for my espresso. Had a hard time finding that even in Italy..!

Put two pork shoulders on the smoker last night at 6PM and pulled them off at 2PM this afternoon, wrapped them in heavy foil, and put them in a cooler to rest for 4 hrs before pulling them.
