I'd do that deal immediately! Any NOS 5-digit Pepsi is worth a lot more than the MSRP on a new BLRO, and it's just a matter of time before the bubble on those watches pops. Even if you plan to wear the 3186 I think over time it's a much better value proposition, as well as in my opinion being a much cooler watch.

OP has said it’s a hypothetical question. Then just get the 16710, with 3185 movement as they are easier to find. And much more versatile and colorful as you can change the inserts. Also 126710 prices still astronomical. A used 16710 can be still be had at ‘reasonable’ price.

I'd personally flip it for a Kermit so i can fully understand why you'd flip it for something you hold more desirable.

Alot of what you’re paying for is out the window.
