Dang, Chris. I had no idea you did that...especially on top of a watch hobby, family and being a medical practitioner. You must have more than 24 hours in a day, unlike us mortals.

Dude you're phuking ripped. Great job. I could never get that lean. IMO your best body part is your delts. Great striations.

What was your contest weight? I've been bulking for 8 weeks and put on about 8 pounds already. Another month and I start to diet down a bit. I want to go from ~240 down to about 232ish. Congrats on first place.

Well done Neef.

I told you you would romp it in.

Now, is there an over 60 section?

Went from 102kg Dec 2010 to 84.8kg yesterday.Best bodypart is my legs .Ripped ..... lean mass and then distilled water @2l/day,no salt for the three days leading up to the contest really tightened the skin.Unbelievable effect on "tightness"

Interesting about the salt...

Man with your weight (of 84.8kg) and legs you'd be outstanding on a cycle.....crap you could put some power down in a sprint...and if you're heart is as fit as your body then you'd be unbelievable over distance.
