Start by looking at asking prices on Chrono 24 for the Calatrava models you are interested in. Those are asking prices from a wide range of sellers, some better than others. Trusted sellers here on TRF would be where I'd go when I'm ready to buy. They can probably source the model you want given a little time.

Try Govberg in PA, Swiss Watch Expo in Atlanta. Govberg is a Patek dealer. I purchased a 1990 Calatrava, 3520DR, still in it’s PP service box from PP NYC. I essentially bought a ‘new’ Patek for a fraction of cost.
