126600 bezel assembly

Guys, has anyone got a schematic of the 126600 bezel assembly?

I think it works on a spring / ball arrangement which connect click into groves on the back of the bezel - how many of these spring balls are there?

I’d like to see how it all works

Also, what makes the audible click?

Thanks

I believe its mechanically identical to the Submariner's ceramic bezel :-

I am surprised, aren't there any springs?
Putting the spring back in is generally the trickiest part when you re-assemble a vintage bezel...

I think there is a spring under each of the three balls

I'd like to have a brand name bezel insert, for use at a later date, maybe after a future service.

Thanks for those photos.

The audible click is made by a tiny dinosaur clicking his teeth underneath the bezel... like in the Flintstones
