Hi, can anyone tell me why some Cartier have hidden clasp and some have buckle on the Santo Galbee model W20060D6. Are there anyway of telling what year the watch is by serial number like Rolex? I am thinking about buying a preowned W20060D6..thanks

Can't answer your question, but I like the look of the Santos Galbee. I had one about 10 years ago...now when I see one its usually on a woman's wrist. You may want to consider the newer XL size w20098d6.
