Ok, so we need a few more suggestion:

1) Place to eat/drink
-The gibson bar restaurant at the White Sox stadium

2) Things to do
-Meet at a rolex dealer or boutique

Please keep the list going for a week and we can probably decide after that?

Anyone willing to or have connection to a dealer that is willing to participate in a rolex GTG?

The new bar @sox park is only open during ball games,I don't think anybody wants to be around there during a ball game, and pay for parking.

Hi!
Im new to the forum, live in Tinley.
I am 26 and just getting into watches.
Love panerai, rolex and breitling, but dont own any .. yet! haha.
I am actually trying to get information on job opportunities in dealing with watches. I have been laid off and looking to change job paths.

By the way what is a GTG? maybe a good chance to network and maybe get opportunities

Thanks. Tony

Well, now that the Rolex boutique is open on Michigan ave, next to Cartier. Would anyone want to meet there? Parking might be a pain of course... but afterwards, we can have a meal around that area.

The barcadi at the park should be open everyday soon... As of now it's only game days. Anywhere downtown would be fine except for parking... Thanks mayor Daley!!

parking would be a problem right at downtown. How about Francesca on Taylor? I know they can set aside a private area if our group is big enough. Again there is only street parking, but should be better than downtown.

I might call up a few of them and see what they can do.

Bump, chicago members, if you see this, please go to the poll thread to pick your desire dates.

I wish I can send a mass email to our group instead of posting message within the threads and wait for you guys to see it :-(

Interesting. Everyone attending should be on guard with their Rollies. A ton of Mob Action going on downtown. Be careful.
