I have a few from Aaron Bespoke and really love them. Had one made from a hat my grandfather used to wear which is my favorite one.

Another vote fro Aaron Bespoke. His website is fantastic in terms of looking at the materials available to you, and he is very responsive.

There are a lot of good makers, but I'll also agree Aaron Bespoke is top notch.

Horween Shell Cordovan

If I'm looking for something beefier for a thick Panerai I may also consider The Vintager.

Aaron Bespoke & his team custom made a 26mm leather tunnel strap one for me a while back, very easy to work with and result was outstanding.
