my very very first rolex

my very very first rolex . i really wanted to buy a SUB but ended up buying a GMT. i am really happy with it . the plus side of a GMT to me is that you can change the color of the bezel. i'd like to thank TRF for helping me with my problems and concerns before. well here is my new gmt

thanks again TRF

its a Z serial ..i say the condition 1-10 is like a 9.7-9.9....10 is new lol .. the original owner barely used it .. i was super lucky and got a hell of a deal ...

i really wanted a black one ..i noticed all you true watch collectors all say keep the pepsi..is there a reason ...another question why do people prefer the older one over a ceramic is it because its more durable

Love that watch, no watch looks better on jeans than this GMT. Maybe it's the blue denim with the blue dial. Just perfect wear it in great health

Stunning GMT, congratulations!

They are truly a versatile watch, I'm with the Pepsi bezel insert at the moment but the fact it's so easy to switch and change between bezels makes it incredible. The 16710 was my first Rolex back in 2004, stupidly sold that and upgraded to the GMT IIc which didn't last long then regretted selling my f serial. Sorted that last month and replaced it with another safe queen 16710 with black bezel and also got a Pepsi and a coke bezel. Every base covered.

Wear it in good health. It's a stunner.

yeah I'm going to buy a black bezel . i just want a black bezel because you can wear it with everything and it doesn't look as flashy . i don't want someone cutting my wrist off lol..don't get me wrong the pepsi does look nice . how much does a brand new bezel go for . is it going to ruin the value to my watch and yes i know to keep my pepsi bezel because its has to match my model number
